Return of items

• Most products benefit from a 14-day return policy. This is the time when you can see the product or try it on briefly (but not wear it!). These products can then be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Different return conditions apply to the following products:
• Mouth masks, sponges, facial masks, and earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and safety regulations, and no exceptions can be made.

• Fabrics can be returned if they still have their original length of 6 yards (5.48M) and original stickers. Unfortunately, fabrics cut to size (e.g., 1, 2, or 3 yards in length) cannot be returned as they were cut specifically for your order. If the product you received contains extraordinary printing errors or material defects, please contact us within 7 days. We will arrange to find an appropriate solution or exchange it for a new product.

• Print-on-demand clothing, such as hoodies and T-shirts, are specially ordered for you by our supplier and shipped directly to you by them. These printed garments cannot be returned. (This will also be mentioned on the specific product description page). Please check your size in the size chart before ordering.

• Always contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. Only orders received within the last 14 days are eligible for the return period. Products can only be returned if they are in their original condition. Products that have been washed, damaged, worn, cut, or have had their labels removed cannot be returned.

• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning products. Please pack the products well and preferably use a trackable shipping method. Please keep the receipt as proof of shipment. Kamaataboo cannot be held responsible for missing returns. All return shipping costs must be prepaid. Please note that if you return orders from outside the EU, all customs duties must be paid by the customer before we can accept your return package. All customs fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Please use the return form at the bottom of this page so that we immediately receive all the necessary details for your return request. After approving your return request, we will send you the return instructions by email. Your products must reach us within 14 days of receiving the return instructions.

• Refund conditions: After receiving and checking the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days via the payment method you used for the original order.
